The Foot Pedal Push Switch Inline Lamp Light On-off Control Footswitch with Wire Plug is a simple on/off switch that can be used with lamps. Customers have used it with both floor lamps with 3 way switches and lamps without any on/off switch. The cord is 1.5 meters long. One customer spliced the switch to the wire in their floor lamp as the wire wasn't long enough. While the pedal appears to be able to come apart, it is sold with the pedal and cord as one unit.
