The overall Construction is high-quality, and the Y-adapter is lower in height compared to the sump pit lid. The maximum recommended head pressure is 20 PSI (50 feet of lift). However, some customers experienced issues, including the Y-adapter being too long for their pit, one check valve being cracked, and reduced flow capacity when using 1-1/4 PVC. Despite these problems, customers believe the kit is a time-saving solution for easily adding a second sub pump to their sump.
