Customers have found the shoe to fit comfortably, even for those with flat feet who require an added insole. The suede heel is a nice added touch, and the boot is lightweight and easy to wear. However, there have been issues reported with shoddy workmanship, as one customer had an issue with the right shoe making a "squish" sound when walking. Additionally, the rubber sole may split from the harder materials after only a few months of use, requiring an expensive resole. One customer received a dirty shoe and was disappointed with the seller's packaging.
