NiteIze Nonlocking Carabiners Editorial Review
The Nite Ize CamJam is a useful product for outdoor enthusiasts who require Constant tension and reflective lines. The product is lightweight, durable, and reasonably priced. It is not rated for working loads but is designed to work well with 1/8" Paracord. The unit could be hung from a 7/16" rod, if you slid it over the end of the rod. The CamJam is not reflective, but the cord is highly reflective. Customer Experience: Customers have reported various experiences with the product. Some have found it useful for securing rainfly anchor points around trees and tarp/rainfly tie-downs. Others have used it to fasten the drop arrow rest to the upper limb of the recurve bow. One customer used it to secure 1x3 poplar boards inside an SUV, but the clip broke in half under very little load. Some customers have reported the CamJam stopped functioning after only a few uses.
