The shape provides plenty of power for frog and flutter kicks and they are neither too long nor too short for diving. The spring strap with rubber loop makes them easy to remove or put on with or without gloves on. They fit well over 3 mil boots and do not cause any hot spots or blisters. Reviewers have noted that they are easy to take on and off, provide good power with little effort, and are great for frog kicking.
