Does this machine really work? I feel like one end of the machine is warmer than the other side. Also, did anyone hatch eggs without a hygrometer?

As for the temperature difference, it is recommended to use an additional thermometer to monitor the temperature accurately. A hygrometer is not mandatory for hatching eggs, but maintaining proper humidity levels is crucial. -

My incubator says 38°C but it is nowhere near that hot inside and it has been running for 24 hours. Any suggestions?

How do you calibrate the temp? It's running at 95°F (separate gauge inside) and is maxed out at 39.5°C on top. Do I go up or down to get hotter?
