It also has hi-res audio and Bluetooth support, making it an easy decision for customers looking for higher sound quality. The HEOS Alexa Skill allows for easy voice control of zones and integration with 3rd party automation systems like Control4. However, the app is still buggy and struggles with playing something that has been paused or controlling after the phone has been dormant for a while. The worst offense is the lack of a sleep timer, and it automatically shuts off after a few hours. There is also a lack of control of all zones, especially when adding it to an existing entertainment system, and the unit encounters various connectivity issues over time. Overall, the Wrls Multiroom Pre-amp Bt Ready Hi Res Audio offers good connectivity options but needs improvement in terms of app functionality and control of all zones.
