However, they have a tendency to slip when the head is down and the fit is a bit loose. One user had issues with scratches on the mirrored lenses that occurred twice, and the customer service did not honor the warranty. Another user was disappointed that the brand stopped honoring the warranty after being purchased by Luxottica. Overall, the quality of the sunglasses was exceptional, and they looked exactly like the picture.
