The Hertz H8 DSP features a simple and intuitive computer software, allowing for a wide array of adjustments to improve the acoustic response of your car compartment.

With 7 signal inputs and a variety of connection options, including four high-level inputs that also accept low-level pre-amplified signals, a stereo auxiliary input, and an optical digital input that can handle signals up to 96/24 bit sample rate, you'll have complete control over your car audio system. You'll love that the optical digital input, selectable through the DRC HE remote control and from the “Optical / AUX select” terminal, nullifies interferences and signal deteriorations by bypassing the analog signal's A/D conversion stages. The Hertz H8 DSP Digital Interface Processor excels not just in features but also in performance.

The distortion - THD @ 1 kHz, 1V RMS output - is just 0.005%, with a bandwidth @ -3 dB of 10 ÷ 22k Hz and a channel separation @ 1 kHz of 85 dB. It has an input sensitivity (Speaker In) of 2 ÷ 15 V RMS and an input sensitivity (AUX In) of 0.6 ÷ 5 V RMS, both with respective input impedances of 2.2 kΩ and 15 kΩ. In addition, this DSP car audio system has a maximum output level (RMS) @ 0.1% THD of 4 V RMS.
