This trendy aquarium will add beauty to your home as well as brighten up your day as your favorite betta happily greets you whenever you enter the room. Includes energy-efficient LED lighting with seven dazzling colors you can choose depending on time of day or night that will brightly illuminate your fish. Also includes internal power filter that quickly removes pollutants and detritus, all-the-while returning clean, purified water back to your fish tank. Constructed of impact-resistant plastic with crystal-clear clarity so good that most think it is glass, along with one-piece, seamless design so no worries about possible water leaks as with silicone-glued glass tanks. Gravel and decorations sold separately. Requires 3 AAA batteries not included, optional Hawkeye 5V Power Adapter (AQ51000) available. Uses Koller Products XS replacement filter cartridges, AQ05FC-60.

| Instructions | When starting out it is best to add one or two fish and wait 2 weeks as the aquarium becomes established and beneficial bacteria begin growing, unless you add products that can speed up this process. Typically, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a tank to cycle through and become established. So always best to start slowly. Generally, the number of fish you can keep in your tank depends on the type of fish and amount of bio-load in your tank. A good recommendation is an inch of fish per gallon of tank, measuring the length of the fish from the base of the tail to the opposite end. |
