However, the product's quality is not the problem; the description is the primary concern. Buyers commented that the description stated 14 pieces of knot protectors; unfortunately, they received only nine pieces in closed packaging, which fell short of buyer expectation. As a result of the wrong description, some buyers rated the product a 3 out of 5, while some rated it as one-star and expressed disappointment in the lower quantity they received.
