The Jobmaster features full-grain leather construction, a Vibram lugged sole, steel shank, and a hard toe box, making it a great choice for those who work in construction, logging, and other heavy-duty industries. While the boots are water-resistant, they are not fully waterproof and aren’t meant for working in a constantly wet environment. That being said, the leather can be conditioned to increase water resistance. Sizing seems to be true to size for most people.
