| Care and maint | Meat remaining in the Grinder Head may be moved through by passing a slice of bread through the Grinder Head. 1. Before cleanup of the grinder, switch the appliance off and unplug from electrical outlet. 2. Remove the Meat Pan from top of grinder. 3. Unscrew Star Bolt and remove the Grinder Head. Disassemble Grinder Head assembly, including the auger bushing from the back of the Head. 4. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Grinder parts are NOT dishwasher safe. 5. Rinse with clear hot water and hand dry immediately. DO NOT soak. 6. To ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before storage, you can place parts in a low-heat oven (200 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes. 7. Lubricate the Knife and Grinding Plates with silicone spray prior to storage. |
