This Garnier SkinActive Refreshing Facial Cleanser is a vegan formula that is gentle on the skin, without drying it out, unlike harsh anti-bacterial soaps. It doesn't leave any residue and doesn't cause any reaction. Although it won't remove all makeup, it cleanses effectively without stripping the skin.
