Resposta: Yes, a very sturdy plastic one that gives good protection for the hands and the grater. -

Resposta: I have no experience; I do not bowl. The steel is thin compared to a woodworking rasp, each cutting edge is quite sharp. I would think a masonry drill bit would work better. -
