Resposta: Not strong enough to be of any use, you could play darts but it wouldn't be of any help with pain. -

Resposta: Can't see why not. So long as you realize the tighter you have the wrap some chords become harder. When my wrists ache after playing guitar or gym, I'll soak my wrists and use the wraps to support the wrists while sleeping. But if this persists I'd see a doctor if I was you. It might be the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome. -

Resposta: I don't know as I haven't measured it. My wrist is 19cm in circumference and it fits well. Hope this helps. -

Resposta: To be honest you need to try yourself as to what tension suits you. It depends on how much pain you're in. I would start with it a snug fit but not tight and go from there. -

Would those be good for doing planks in yoga or pilates? Or would they be uncomfortable?
Resposta: Hi, I use them for work mainly. I use a lot of tools and do some manual lifting. Because they're adjustable, I find them comfortable and adjust the pressure to suit what I am doing. I also use them to lift weights and support my wrists when doing press-ups. It's just about adjusting them so they are not too tight or too loose. -

What is the difference between 1/1 and 1/2?
Resposta: This item is easy to use and the thing is you have wherever pressure you want or need on that part of your body. -

Would these help me strengthen my wrists to get in and out of my wheelchair as I have very weak wrists?
Resposta: They work for me doing weights and have helped me, however they don't extend up onto the hand and as such may not provide you with the support. You may need something which covers both the wrist and also the lower part of the hand. Sorry, I can't help further.
