Resposta: Yes. Just like you discribed. I am wearing my now. Get next size up. Not much of arch but you can put one in and makes it even more super comfortable. -

Resposta: I would recommend up for a half size. Mine are a 10, and they are a slightly tight 10. If there were a half size, I would have needed a 10-1/2.
